Leading Ayurvedic Physician and all-round wellness guru, Dr Shylesh secured his Bachelor of Ayurveda, Medicine and Surgery in 2003 and has been helping others achieve optimum health and wellness ever since. In addition to administering Ayurvedic treatments and life-changing programmes like Panchakarma, he is a keen practitioner and teacher of Yoga, Reiki, Meditation, AntiGravity® Yoga and Watsu. He has been a key member of the LandaaGiraavaru team since 2011.

Ni Made Sulastri - Regional Spa Trainer

Lastri began her journey in healing and spirituality whilst growing up in a spiritual community in her home country of Indonesia. She later moved to Jakarta and trained in the vedic tradition of Tantric Therapy in 2002. With a love for learning, Lastri also graduated with a Bachelor of Education in 2001 from University of Tadulako. She is a certified and experienced Sivananda yoga teacher, Pranic Healer and Reiki Master. She is the current Regional Spa Trainer for the Four Seasons. Lastri’s belief is that the body has its own ability to heal and is enhanced with the aid of a compassionate therapist. Lastri embodies the true essence of not only a skilled therapist but that of a true healer.

Sanjiv Kedia - Resident Yogi

Sanjiv was inspired to start his journey of yoga after getting “diksha” from Sri Swami Niranjananda Saraswati from Bihar School of Yoga at the age of 14. From there he went to IRIIM at Kolkata, India where he got certified in an integrated certificate course in Yoga, Acupuncture and Naturopathy in 2006. Sanjiv has learned yogic practices under the guidance of many yoga gurus like Swami Ramdev, Sadguru and Dr. H.R Nagendra. In 2010, he went to SVYASA University, Bangalore where he gained his Masters in Yogic Science and some specific yoga therapy for health ailments also. Sanjiv believes that yoga is an art work of awareness on the canvas of the body, mind, and soul where breathing plays a vital role.

Dr. Jitendra Digraje - Acupuncturist / Naturopathic Doctor

Born in the ‘Land of Ayurveda and Yoga’, Dr Jitendra is passionate about the wellness industry and spreading the science of his traditional healing systems. Experienced in naturopathy, acupuncture, yoga, dietary therapy, physiotherapy, hydrotherapy and lifestyle management – as well as such modalities as Facial and Iris Diagnosis and Chromo Therapy – he received his Bachelor of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences (RGUHS) in Bangalore.

Dr. Gautham Shetty - AYURVEDIC DOCTOR

Highly educated, experienced and enthusiastic, Dr Shetty’s personal and professional goal is make the Ayurvedic lifestyle more mainstream. An incredible asset to the Healing Heart team, his credentials include; a Bachelors in Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery, a Diploma in Yoga and Naturopathy, and a Masters degreee in Panchakarma; previous roles as Associate Professor and Resident Medical Officer; numerous academic research papers; and he currently has two new Ayurvedic medicine formulations under clinical trail.

Andrea Alvarez - Yogy / Pranic Healer

Andrea is an Arhatic Yogi with a deeper knowledge of golden aromatherapy and pranic crystal healing. Charismatic, creative and an excellent verbal and aural communicator Andrea’s personal journey has seen her complete more than 15 courses in her chosen field, healing and empowering herself to serve as a vessel to help others connect to energy medicine.

SARU TAMANG - RESIDENT YOGI / THERAPIST

Saru's yogic path began in the tradition of Ashtanga Yoga under the supervision of a Naturopathic and Ayurvedic doctor from Leania Holistic Centre in Hyderabad, India in 2009 whilst she was studying her Diploma in Massage therapy. She furthered her yogic practice by completing a Yoga instructor certificate course (YIC) from SVYASA, Bangalore in 2010. After she completed her studies, she worked in the capacity of a massage therapist and yoga teacher in three renowned 5* Indian properties. For Saru, implementing a yogic approach and practice in life is essential to a healthy physical and mental body. It makes one more confident and enhances one’s personality.
